Several years later, life landed Ryan and his family in Guadalajara for 4 years. Mexico is in his soul. He still travels to Guadalajara every month for business. Provecho is a Mexican expression used when someone is about to eat and you wish them a great meal! In Spanish, it means “enjoy your meal”, like the French expression “Bon appetite”. Provecho is a concept that our restaurant will embrace at all times. The food is locally sourced from local purveyors whenever possible.

Fantastic food. Authentic and delicious. Great spot if hungry for flavors from Central Mexico. The birria is made with Goat and taste just like Guadalajara birria.

Provecho is easily one of the best New Mexican restaurants in Phoenix. The tacos are super good and the tres leches French toast is BOMB!!
I've been to all the spot on the street taco craze and have been to all the spots. JoyRide, Otro, Gallo Blanco, and one in arcadia I forget the name. These tacos were my favorite by far. Killer ambience as well
This is my new favorite spot to eat. The staff is always courtesy and friendly. They have a great selection of Mexican food. I love that they serve the fresh waters in bags. I would highly recommend Provecho!
